چکیده
Abstract The chalara-like anamorphs of Leotiomycetes are phialidic hyphomycetes with cylindrical collarettes and deeply seated sporulating loci, hyaline, aseptate or septate, conidia. They commonly found on plant litters in both terrestrial submerged environments, broad geographical distribution. This paper reports our research result diversity, taxonomy phylogeny these fungi China, which is based a systematic study by using an integrated approach literature study, morphological observation phylogenetic analyses 153 fungal species diversified morphology conidiomata, setae, conidiophores, phialides employing different datasets SSU, LSU ITS sequences 116 showed that were paraphyletic scattered 20 accepted genera belonging to five families Leotiomycetes: Arachnopezizaceae, Hamatocanthoscyphaceae, Helotiaceae, Neolauriomycetaceae Pezizellaceae. Additional six genera, Ascoconidium , Bioscypha Chalarodendron Didonia Phaeoscypha Tapesina all reported literatures, also as members Pezizellaceae incertae sedis. Phylogenetic and taxonomic evaluation of Chalara, Chalaropsis, and Thielaviopsis anamorphs associated with Ceratocystis.
Parsimony analysis of sequences of the internal transcribed spacer region of the nuclear rDNA and partial sequences of the large subunit (LSU) place four anamorphic Chalara species as a monophyletic grouping within the teleomorph genus Ceratocystis. Chalara ovoidea, Ch. thielavioides, Ch. populi, and Ch. elegans (synanamorph: Thielaviopsis basicola) form aleurioconidia typical of the anamorph g...
متن کاملRedisposition of phoma-like anamorphs in Pleosporales
UNLABELLED The anamorphic genus Phoma was subdivided into nine sections based on morphological characters, and included teleomorphs in Didymella, Leptosphaeria, Pleospora and Mycosphaerella, suggesting the polyphyly of the genus. Recent molecular, phylogenetic studies led to the conclusion that Phoma should be restricted to Didymellaceae. The present study focuses on the taxonomy of excluded Ph...
متن کاملDelimitation of Neonectria and Cylindrocarpon (Nectriaceae, Hypocreales, Ascomycota) and related genera with Cylindrocarpon-like anamorphs
Neonectria is a cosmopolitan genus and it is, in part, defined by its link to the anamorph genus Cylindrocarpon. Neonectria has been divided into informal groups on the basis of combined morphology of anamorph and teleomorph. Previously, Cylindrocarpon was divided into four groups defined by presence or absence of microconidia and chlamydospores. Molecular phylogenetic analyses have indicated t...
متن کاملA revision of Cyanonectria and Geejayessia gen. nov., and related species with Fusarium-like anamorphs
A revision of Fusarium-like species associated with the plant genus Buxus led to a reconsideration of generic concepts in the Fusarium clade of the Nectriaceae. Phylogenetic analyses of the partial second largest subunit of the RNA polymerase II (rpb2) and the larger subunit of the ATP citrate lyase (acl1) gene exons confirm the existence of a clade, here called the terminal Fusarium clade, tha...
